BeMedic Academy provides online educational content related to medical and healthcare topics. The services include but are not limited to courses, lectures, quizzes, and other educational materials.
User Registration

User Responsibilities

Payment and Refund Policy
Some of our services may require payment. By purchasing these services, you agree to pay the fees as specified. You may request a refund for your course fee within the initial 7 working days after registration. Refund eligibility ceases after this 7-days period.
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request. Once your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Intellectual Property

The Academy shall not be accountable for any implicit, irrelevant, distinctive, or punitive consequences, or any reduction of revenue, if endured either directly or indirectly, or any absence of information, usage, courtesy, or additional intangible consequences due to (a) your utilization or failure to take advantage of the products or services; or (b) any third-party access or improper utilization of the Academy's servers as well as any private data kept thereunder.
Governing Law
The legislation of Jurisdiction shall govern and be interpreted in conformity with these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to disputes of law principles.
